Upcyclingday TM heeft zich vandaag aangesloten bij het netwerk van SDG Nederland. U bent nu lid van de community en ondertekenaar van de visie en voorwaardenvan SDG Nederland. Goed dat u op deze manier laat zien dat uw organisatie meewerkt aan het behalen van de Duurzame Ontwikkelingsdoelen (SDG’s). SDG Nederland [2] is de beweging van iedereen die bijdraagt aan de SDG’s in Nederland, met intussen meer dan duizend professionele leden.
Hoe duurzaam is de mode- industrie?
Jaren geleden dachten we bij het woord duurzaam aan zaken zoals energie, water en afval. Hoe kunnen we al deze grondstoffen besparen? Enig idee welke recyclemethode het beste is? Maar nu verlegt dit woord zijn grenzen. Steeds meer bedrijven onderzoeken hoe zij maatschappelijk verantwoord kunnen ondernemen. Of het nu je lokale groenteboer is of juist de grootste modeketens. Het belang van duurzaam ondernemen is eindelijk gezien. Deze week leg ik dus de focus op iets waar mijn hart sneller van gaat kloppen. Duurzame trends in de modebranche.
